Limited Warranty for Shade Structures

Structural Coverage

Steel framework is warranted for 8 years against structural failure. If installation is performed by the manufacturer: Labor for removal, assembly, and shipping costs are covered for 1 year. Steel surface finishes are covered for 1 year.

Fabric Coverage

Shade fabrics carry up to a 10-year warranty against:

Significant fading

Material deterioration

Discoloration

Sewing thread is warranted for 6 years.

Warranty Conditions

Warranty period starts from the date of sale or, if installed by the manufacturer, upon confirmation of completed installation. Manufacturer may:

Repair or replace defective structures, products, or workmanship

Refund part of the purchase price related to defects, at its discretion

Fabric color replacements may vary if original colors are discontinued.

Warranty is non-transferable unless a full on-site inspection is completed by the manufacturer’s representative.

Claims Process

Claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days of defect discovery. Submission must include:

Detailed description of the defect or issue Photographs supporting the claim Claims must be emailed to the designated warranty department.

Exclusions

Warranty is void if:

Payment is not completed in full Installation does not follow manufacturer specifications Unauthorized modifications or attachments are made to the structure (e.g., hanging signs, lights, fans) without approval

No coverage for damage caused by:

Normal wear and tear Misuse, vandalism, chemical exposure, cuts Acts of God such as hurricanes, tornadoes, earthquakes, wildfires Loads exceeding engineered design limits (snow, ice, wind)

Warranty does not cover:

Assembly performed by parties other than the manufacturer Fabric curtains, valances, or vertical panels Fabric canopies installed on non-manufacturer-supplied structures

Liability Limitation

Manufacturer is not liable for:

Incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages

Loss of revenue, profit, use, or goodwill Maximum liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product or service.

All other warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are expressly disclaimed.
