Limited Warranty for Shade Structures
<\/b>
\nStructural Coverage
<\/b>
\nSteel framework is warranted for 8 years against structural failure.\nIf installation is performed by the manufacturer:\nLabor for removal, assembly, and shipping costs are covered for 1 year.\nSteel surface finishes are covered for 1 year.

\nFabric Coverage
<\/b>
\nShade fabrics carry up to a 10-year warranty against:

\nSignificant fading

\nMaterial deterioration

\nDiscoloration

\nSewing thread is warranted for 6 years.

\nWarranty Conditions
<\/b>
\nWarranty period starts from the date of sale or, if installed by the manufacturer, upon confirmation of completed installation.\nManufacturer may:

\nRepair or replace defective structures, products, or workmanship

\nRefund part of the purchase price related to defects, at its discretion

\nFabric color replacements may vary if original colors are discontinued.

\nWarranty is non-transferable unless a full on-site inspection is completed by the manufacturer\u2019s representative.

\nClaims Process
<\/b>
\nClaims must be submitted in writing within 30 days of defect discovery.\nSubmission must include:

\nDetailed description of the defect or issue\nPhotographs supporting the claim\nClaims must be emailed to the designated warranty department.

\n\nExclusions
<\/b>
\nWarranty is void if:

\nPayment is not completed in full\nInstallation does not follow manufacturer specifications\nUnauthorized modifications or attachments are made to the structure (e.g., hanging signs, lights, fans) without approval

\nNo coverage for damage caused by:

\nNormal wear and tear\nMisuse, vandalism, chemical exposure, cuts\nActs of God such as hurricanes, tornadoes, earthquakes, wildfires\nLoads exceeding engineered design limits (snow, ice, wind)

\nWarranty does not cover:

\nAssembly performed by parties other than the manufacturer\nFabric curtains, valances, or vertical panels\nFabric canopies installed on non-manufacturer-supplied structures

\nLiability Limitation
<\/b>
\nManufacturer is not liable for:

\nIncidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages

\nLoss of revenue, profit, use, or goodwill\nMaximum liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product or service.
